These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the use of the mobile application Hype Swipe: Storage Cleaner(“Application”), provided by Tools Apps LTD (“Service Provider”). The Application is made available to users at no cost. By installing or using the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope and Acceptance
These Terms apply to all use of the Application on any compatible device. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not install or use the Application. Continued use constitutes acceptance of these Terms, including future amendments as described in Section 9.
2. License and Permitted Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on a device you own or control. No ownership rights are transferred. All intellectual property rights remain with the Service Provider.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
copying, modifying, or redistributing the Application or any part of it;
attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code;
removing or altering proprietary notices or trademarks;
using the Application in violation of applicable laws or third-party rights;
using the Application in a manner that disrupts or interferes with its functionality.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security and operational condition of your device. Actions such as rooting or jailbreaking may compromise device security and interfere with the proper functioning of the Application.
You are also responsible for ensuring that your device has sufficient battery, storage capacity, and system compatibility to operate the Application and receive required updates.
5. Third-Party Services
The Application may rely on independent third-party service providers for analytics, infrastructure hosting, error reporting, subscription processing, advertising technologies, or similar functions. These third parties operate under their own terms and policies.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the availability, performance, or obligations arising from such third-party services.
6. Network Connectivity and Charges
Certain features of the Application require an active internet connection. Any data usage fees, roaming charges, or limitations imposed by your network provider are solely your responsibility.
The Service Provider is not liable for functional limitations caused by unavailable, restricted, or unstable network connections.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided on an “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider does not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all devices, or accuracy of information dependent on external services.
The Service Provider is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including issues caused by device failures, missing updates, or reliance on third-party data.
8. Modifications, Updates, and Termination
The Service Provider may modify, update, or discontinue the Application at any time. Updates may be required for continued use.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the Application without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights granted to you under these Terms end immediately, and you must uninstall the Application.
9. Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may update these Terms periodically. The most recent version will be made available within the Application or through official communication channels. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
